Delivery

Postage Costs

All orders to the UK are sent, free of charge, by 2nd class Royal Mail*. An upgrade to 1st class is available. Overseas orders are charged at Royal Mail Airmail rates in the check-out process. For exceptionally large orders, please contact for courier rates. * Our free service was altered from 1st class to 2nd class on 7th Oct 2024, following two Royal Mail price increases; rather than increase our prices, we now offer 1st class as an upgrade.

Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days; during Monday to Friday, we dispatch every day so it is likely to be less than 24 hours. There may be a slight delay at weekends and Bank Holidays.

Delivery Services

Most First Class mail usually arrives the next working day but is considered by Royal Mail as a 1-2 day service.  Second class mail can take between 3 and 5 days. If your order has not arrived within a week of posting, please contact your local sorting office to see if an item is being held for you. Please note that the Royal Mail do not allow compensation claims until 15 working days have elapsed after the posting date. In this rare event, we are bound by this condition and will send replacements after the elapsed time.

Delivery by airmail to Europe is approx. 3-5 days and 5-7 to Africa, Americas, Asia and Australisia.

Tracking

Most orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Large Letter service. This services does not provide a tracking option. If you require tracking, please contact us and we will quote the latest and best courier 1-2 day delivery prices.

Damage in the Post

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement at our cost and will make the necessary claim against the carrier at our risk. Please note that many carriers will contact the addressee to confirm the damage and you may be required to sign a declaration.

Customer Collection

We have no retail premises and therefore collection is not offered.
